Stealth job postings

I read about part of this story before but hadn't seen the original ad. On billboards along Highway 101 in Silicon Valley (and on banners in the Harvard Square T Station as I discovered today) are ads that look like this:

I'm just as much of a sucker for an obscure technical challenge as the next geeky guy but rather than actually compute the answer, I just did a Google search and found the answer: http://www.7427466391.com/. The result is another question that requires more work to solve. Again, a Google search gives us the next answer (5966290435) which eventually takes us here. So was the point to be a bright math geek or just be able to use Google effectively? I guess it would depend on whether they asked you to "show how you got here" or not.
