Bill Gates plays Petals Around the Rose

An interesting story from the early days of the microcomputing industry about Bill Gates and the brain teaser game called Petals Around the Rose. The game involves five dice. The name of the game is significant. Every answer is zero or an even number. The answer is a simple trick, the less you think about it the easier it is to solve. It's interesting to see how Bill Gates works it out and what approaches he tries.
