Flying or Falling with Style?

A contestant on a Japanese gameshow gets shot over a lake with pressurized water bottles strapped to his back. Watch the video. The flight itself is not exactly controlled but there's an amazing amount of propulsive force in those water bottles. The guy looks stunned as he tries to get out of the water afterwards.
